No charge for 15 minute complimentary consultation.

$125 per 55 – 60 minute Individual, Couples, or Family session.

Insurance

TCM Counseling Services does not accept insurance to cover the cost of therapy sessions. Clients are provided with a Superbill for services rendered that may be submitted to your healthcare insurer. The amount covered for reimbursement will vary depending upon your plan.

The benefit of private pay versus using health insurance is that your records are entirely confidential and will not be entered into an insurance company database; diagnosis and treatment plan are kept confidential. The potential negative impacts of a psychiatric diagnosis, the reduced ability to choose your own therapist and number of sessions desired are some of the reasons that health insurance is not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
